Sign-in branding has been available for free for all organizations using synchronized or cloud identities a while now. Recently I ran across an issue where the branding wouldn’t work for some domains.
After doing some further investigation it seemed like the problem only affected domains that was added after the branding was applied the first time. So after trying out a classic IT-fix on the problem – just reapply the settings, it worked like a charm.
I have also been able to confirm that the problem do not fix itself by just waiting. One customer added domains for almost two months ago and it did still not work.
